2025-2026 Sports
All sports paperwork must be completed and turned in and payments must be made prior to the first day of practice. All participating students must turn in a current health exam on file. When registering to participate, please complete the following forms:
- Health Exam form signed by a doctor, student, and parent/guardian. Health exams are good for 18 months and must be current throughout the season of the sport.
- Sports Activity Participation Form completed by parent and student to give consent to participate in activities.
- Paperwork should be turned in to the AAFP in Office 5.
Sports run from 4:15pm-5:45pm. Pick up is 5:45pm. All students MUST be picked up by 6:00pm.
For the safety of our student-athletes, all sports and activity practices are closed to families.
*INTERSCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Date, time, and offerings are subject to regular changes and funding availability.
