2026-2027 Sports
All fees must be paid online through Q Parent Connect. In-person payments will no longer be accepted.
Sports paperwork must be completed and turned in and payments must be made prior to the first day of practice. All participating students must turn in a current health exam on file. No exceptions will be made. When registering to participate, please complete the following forms:
- Health Exam form signed by a doctor, student, and parent/guardian. Health exams are good for 18 months and must be current throughout the season of the sport.
- Sports Activity Participation Form completed by parent and student to give consent to participate in activities.
- Paperwork need to be turned in to the AAFP in Office 5.
Sports practice runs from 4:15pm-5:45pm. Pick up is 5:45pm. All participating students MUST be picked up by 6:00pm.
For the safety of our student-athletes, all sports and activity practices are closed to families and the public.
Students not signed up for and participating in the current sport/activity are not allowed to stay on school grounds after school.
*INTERSCHOLASTIC ACTIVITIES TENTATIVE SCHEDULE: Payments, Dates, times, and offerings are subject to regular changes. Please note that these sports/activities are run by outside sources. You will need to check their websites for their policies and procedures. Fee waiver forms are not provided on behalf of ASD for these sports/activities.
Hanshew M.S. and ASD are not responsible for student belongings during any sport/activity.
